The power of real art is undeniable. Talented artist’s work can make You cry, smile or shocked. It can simplify or complicate the world around Us. Conrad C. Jones is one of these artist who lights up the dark side of existence. Labelling works of art always seems to be pointless and detrimental, but if we had to, we would of course describe his artwork as “pop art” — in the most positive sense of the word.
It is worth to mention that “a face” depicted on the painting belongs to British actress and model Cara Delevingne. All painting’s motives are submerged in very fine pink tone, which creates a well planned contrast to Cara’s “shout”. The newsprint technique adds the overall impression of “press” or if You like “rebellious” flavour. Generally speaking “A force to be reckoned with” is generating good feelings — the positive energy.
